have always been connected for me.
Music has always played a big part for me.
Not only is it possible to underline or reflect an atmosphere – I find it fascinating how it can alternate an emotional state. No wonder it is also able to evoke images, ideas and visions in people's minds.. Before I have tried to capture or realize these through photographs and self portraits.
Since both mediums have always been connected for me, it was only a question of time, when I would dare & start to express myself through music as well. In 2019 I have started to write lyrics and little melodies and I am more and more finding a sound that feels authentic to me. This desire for expansion lead me to combine my passion for aesthetic visuals as well as melodies and made me want to go further than just create static images to the songs I have written. With all still being quite experimental and playful, it feels like a path of combined elements to tell a more coherent story and that enables me to continue to have a vision, but also being the creator.
‘uncertainty’ has been the first song I ever wrote and therefore has a special meaning to me. It is simple and easy but the lyrics are honest and reflect very well my thoughts and state as things were drastically about to change in 2019. You could just feel it.
